At Luna Moth Wellness, I draw inspiration from the luna moth—a symbol of transformation, resilience, and new beginnings. Like the moth’s journey, therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and gently grow through life’s most profound changes. My work is rooted in the belief that even in times of uncertainty, illness, or transition, meaningful growth and connection remain possible.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified oncology social worker with a special focus on supporting individuals navigating cancer, chronic illness, medical trauma, and major life transitions. I also work with clients who are experiencing relationship challenges, particularly as personal growth, illness, or life changes impact connection, communication, and identity within relationships. I bring over two years of experience as an oncology social worker, where I worked as part of an interdisciplinary cancer care team, supporting patients and families through diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and end-of-life care. This experience has deeply shaped my understanding of how illness and change affect not only the individual, but also relationships and support systems.
My therapeutic style is gentle, patient, and collaborative. I take a strength-based, person-centered approach, honoring each client’s lived experience and inner wisdom. I frequently incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients develop flexibility with difficult emotions, clarify values, and move toward a life that feels meaningful—even in the presence of pain, uncertainty, or shifting relationships. Therapy with me is not about “fixing,” but about creating space for compassion, growth, and self-trust.
